Took me a while, but now I know how to do it. This could be useful elsewhere in your run, but I don't know. You don't need to use your bazooka the third time to get on top of the bunker.
It's hard to explain and a video wouldn't help you understand. There's a 2-second timesaver I found at the end of Mission 3. I don't like this FOV script, so I wouldn't use it you don't grab a MP40 in the first mission you can grab a Thompson from one of your dead teammates, wich is of course much stronger than the MP40. I hope this works, i had some problems with uploading videos in the past. Here is the link to the whole first mission, i cut out those loading/briefing sections, but i made sure i didnt cut out the end-level blackout section, as im not sure if the timing ends when you loose control of your character, or when the screen jumps to the briefing At least it is highly disputable and, in worst case, i can run it again any time. It saved me a quite lot of frustration, and i doubt it would affect my overall run time if i hadn´t used it at all. Im still not sure if it actually GIVES a kind of unfair advantage over the other runners, as everyone can change the FOV and it doesnt affect the game, like movement speed or accuracy. But maybe there is going to be a problem about that FOV zooming, which i used a few times, cause i wasnt aware, at that time, it is considered cheating. Now i dug it up from my hard drive and i was thinking ill finish it. I just wanted to post a run of my first mission i did a while ago, but i didnt get to upload it anywhere and then i just forgot about it. I'll post the other videos once they're uploaded.
I bet I'd find much more shortcuts that way. minor: You can jump up and then hit "use" to grab higher onto a ladder.this might shave off about a second per ladder.īy the way, I wish there were more levels with bazookas. Is this a Language Patch or a Blood/Uncensored Patch ? I think you had use a Uncensored Patch modification.
